BJSS, the award-winning delivery-focused IT consultancy, has been named as a finalist in the Service Transformation Project of the Year category of the ITSM Awards.
ITSMF UK is the country’s leading IT service management association. Its members include over 700 organisations, ranging from large multinational suppliers to independent firms, employing over 7,000 service management professionals between them.
BJSS was selected as a finalist based on its Technical Support Service (TSS) offering which provides a unique combination of a helpdesk, Agile development techniques, and a DevOps culture.
