BJSS, the award-winning delivery-focused IT consultancy, and Hivedome, the leading provider of Commodity Trading and Risk Management ('CTRM') software, today announce a strategic collaboration which will see BJSS provide specialist IT engineering support to modernise the Hivedome CTRM platform.
BJSS and Hivedome have worked together since 2013, jointly supporting a mission-critical system for a multinational commodities trader. This new collaboration will see BJSS support Hivedome with the delivery of a modernisation roadmap including the migration of its flagship product - ITAS - to a SaaS model in the Cloud, as well as providing new value-added services to support Hivedome’s ever-increasing client base.
Hivedome’s clients will benefit from reduced operating costs, improved time to market and greater scalability.
Susheel Dodeja, BJSS Senior Engagement Lead, says: “Hivedome and BJSS have formed a very close relationship over the past three years. The Hivedome ITAS CTRM platform is proven and plays a major role in the global distribution of commodities. The modernisation programme will provide even greater reliability, scalability and integration options which will deliver tangible benefits to Hivedome’s clients and users. We’re thrilled to be playing a role in helping Hivedome to deliver on this ambitious and exciting roadmap.”
Jason Thomas, Hivedome Director, continues: “BJSS is renowned for the quality and reliability of its deliveries. Through its proven BJSS Enterprise Agile approach, BJSS has successfully engineered several low-latency high-availability platforms such as NHS Spine 2, and a global matching platform which today handles over 60% of the world’s foreign exchange trades. We’re delighted that BJSS will be bringing this expertise to support our modernisation roadmap and we look forward to announcing key functional and non-functional improvements in due course.”
